dealclincher

Oh Monday, you are depressing!

But at least we have a mega roundup of last week's best deals to look at.

We also got an exclusive superbike deal, Tour de France deals and loads more, just for you lucky lot!

Exclusive Ribble R872 Dura Ace Offer - 25% off

Ribble R872 Dura Ace Di2 R9150
£2499.00
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

This exclusive offer will save you £815!

Ribble's excellent R872 frame gets full Dura Ace Di2 R9150 for shifting perfection.

There is a pretty good reason why this frameset is such a popular choice for a huge range of riders. It's a great value frame that rides superbly.

While Dura Ace mechanical might give great shifting, it still can't match Di2.

The other huge benefit to Di2 is the clean look that can be achieved with some clever wire routing. The 3 port junction box helps as it tucks away neatly under the stem.

Combine the aesthetics of the Di2 with the understated paint job on the R872 and you get a really classy-looking bike.

Road.cc Review: Ribble R872

The performance backs this up as Dave found out when he reviewed the Ultegra Di2 version.

To get the exclusive deal, you'll need the code 500OFF

Lowest Ever Price on the Castelli Perfetto

Castelli Perfetto Long Sleeve Jersey
£91.90
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

Yes, it's still summer. But this is a great time to get yourself ready for the cooler months.

We're big fans of the Castelli Perfetto here at Deal Clincher HQ. It's a brilliant option for changeable weather and we're always on the hunt for a cheaper price.

Merlin Cycles have these in 3 colours and a good range of sizes in most of those colours. We'd never seen the 'Giro Pink' colour scheme before and we think it looks brilliant. It's also really visible and a great change from the usual high-vis yellow.

The Perfetto is the follow-on from the Gabba. Castelli gave it the same close fit for fast riding and racing and also kept the excellent windproofing that makes these jerseys so warm. Yes, it's currently summer, but this is a great chance to get yourself prepared for the inevitable change in weather.

Road.cc Review: Castelli Perfetto Light 2 Short Sleeve Jersey

There are really nice finishing details on this jersey, like the storm flap to protect against wheel spray and the waist gripper that keeps the jersey in place.

34% off CycleOps Hammer Direct Drive Turbo

CycleOps Hammer Direct Drive Turbo
£659.00
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

If last winter made you miss riding, this could be the year to take to the turbo.

This CycleOps Hammer is a direct drive turbo at a brilliant price.

Smart trainers offer a more immersive indoor training experience that simply clock watching.

The benefit to these systems is a third party app's ability to change the turbo's resistance. This allows it to mimic climbs and hard efforts.

Road.cc Review: CycleOps Hammer Direct Drive Turbo

The Hammer offers a smooth and realistic pedalling feel alongside quiet running.

It also folds away to a pretty compact shape, making it ideal for people in flats and smaller houses.

37% off these Carbon Shimano Ultegra R8000 Pedals

Shimano Ultegra R8000 Pedals
£93.99
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

These pedals are a brilliant balance of price and performance.

We've been using the 6800 version for ages, they've done nearly 5 years now and we've only had to regrease them once!

While there are many pedal systems out there, we've not found something as reliable or easy to live with as Shimano pedals.

The pedals give you a really wide base for great power transfer and all-day comfort.

Shimano launches new Ultegra R8000 groupset

The cleats don't wear out that quickly and even when they wear down, there's no creaking like we've found with Look pedals.

10 of the best clipless pedals

The tension adjustment doesn't go as low as others, but the lowest setting is light enough for beginners and it quickly becomes easy to release your foot.

These pedals are also really well balanced, allowing easy clip-ins without having to look down.

16% off this Sportful BodyFit Pro Evo Jersey

Sportful BodyFit Pro Evo Jersey
£75.00
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

This cool, lightweight jersey is perfect for hot weather.

The heat is upon us so out come the lightweight jerseys!

We're big fans of Sportful kit. It offers loads of performance at a reasonable price.

It is also tested at the highest level of the sport, so you know that you're getting quality kit.

Road.cc Review: Sportful BodyFit Pro Evo Jersey

This BodyFit Pro Evo jersey is a great example of that. The low-cut neck does away with those pointless collars, giving a much better fit on the bike.

The fabric is rather thin, allowing sweat to be wicked quickly and airflow to reach the skin.

Shimano XT Di2 Groupset down 38%

Shimano XT M8050 Di2 Groupset
£999.95
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

Want the best shifting? Go electric!

Di2 systems mean no more sloppy shifting caused by gunked-up cables. You can also make your bike's front end much tidier.

The cleanest and most efficient shifting setups are definitely electronic these days.

Deals for the Dirt: It's the Off-Road.cc Roundup

With careful planning, it is possible to have only the brake hoses showing, leading to a very clean look indeed.

Shimano's XT Di2 group sits at the same level as their Ultegra Di2 group on the road. XTR & Dura-Ace systems might be slightly lighter, but they're significantly more expensive and the shift quality isn't worth the extra cash.

As a result, we love this groupset. The rear mech is a particular highlight, with Shimano's Shadow technology and clutch system providing smooth and reliable shifting.

30% off Castelli Velocissimo IV Bibshorts

Castelli Velocissimo IV Bibshorts
£69.99
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

Cool, comfortable and brilliantly made bibshorts.

These bibs are ideal for warm weather. The Kiss Air pad is perfect for longer rides.

These Castelli bibshorts are anatomically constructed using a fabric that is really good at wicking sweat.

27% off Castelli Aero Race 5.1 Jersey

We use these for long rides and we've been very impressed by that performance in the warm weather of Mallorca and Italy.

Road.cc Review: Castelli Velocissimo IV Bibshorts

A particular highlight are the leg endings, or the lack of them.

Castelli have used a large mesh area with a silicone elastic. This makes the shorts really comfortable and keeps your tan lines crisp!

27% off Castelli Aero Race 5.1 Jersey

Castelli Aero Race 5.1 Jersey
£72.99
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

Need a fast jersey with high breathability and brilliant fit? Look no further.

Castelli's line of jerseys is seriously well designed with specific features defining each jersey.

The Aero Race sounds like a tight, unforgiving jersey, but our experience of them made us realise that it is simply a fantastic jersey.

Firstly, there is no collar on this jersey, which, when on the bike, is much more comfortable (and aero) than a collared jersey.

Need something a little cheaper? Check out this Endura Jersey!

The material that Castelli use is also fantastic. It's a mesh fabric, similar to their climber's jersey. This gives it excellent breathability, making it comfortable in hot weather.

The fit is close, but we don't find it at all restrictive. In fact, this fast became our favourite jersey for long rides.

30% off Giro Privateer MTB Shoe

Giro Privateer MTB Shoes
£90.99
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

These wide fit Privateers are ideal for riders with big feet.

The durable upper and outsole make this a seriously tough shoe.

Giro's excellent Privateer shoes are a very popular choice for trail riding and gravel grinding.

Deals for the Dirt: It's the Off-Road.cc Roundup

The reason is that the shoes are really robust whilst also giving the rider a comfortable platform to put down the power.

The upper is made from a welded and stitched microfibre material. The perforation help with breathability in warmer weather.

It's the type of material that you can clean easily after a mucky ride.

46% off this Leatt DBX 3.0 Helmet

Leatt DBX 3.0 Helmet
£74.99
Commerce content is independent of editorial, and Farrelly Atkinson earns commission from promoted products

If you're after a well-vented lid for any trail, this is a great option.

The Leatt DBX 3.0 gets 18 vents to keep your head cool on the hottest days.

Deals for the Dirt: It's the Off-Road.cc Roundup

It's also good to see a brand that boasts up to 30% reduction of head impact at concussion level.

Seeing as we get at least one jump wrong per ride, that's probably going to be used rather soon.

The magnetic buckle is another handy feature. We find that they lock really easily and are very secure.

The gearing is Wellens' racing choice with 53/39 chainrings paired to an 11-27 cassette. The position is also super-aggressive, with a 140mm Deda Zero Stem at what looks like a -17° angle.

Andre Greipel's Ridley Fenix SL - 40% off

The Fenix SL is an all-around bike that Lotto use for the Cobbled Classics.

This also makes it ideal for training and general riding on UK roads. Greipel's bike is kitted out in a full Campagnolo Super Record EPS groupset.

This looks like one of his training bikes, with the 4ZA aluminium wheels shod in Continental Ultra Sport II tyres.

Kris Boeckmans' Ridley Noah SL - 45% off

Boeckmans' Ridley Noah SL would make a brilliant race bike for any amateur.

The frame is Ridley's aero sprint offering with slippery tube profiles. The groupset is again Campagnolo Super Record EPS, this time with an even smaller 11-25 cassette!

Boeckmans likes to get aero on this bike and opted for 38cm bars.

Tiesj Benoot's Ridley Fenix SL - 45% off

The Belgian super-talent took his first World Tour win this year in the Strade Bianche.

He is a big hope for the cobbled classics, so it's not surprising to see he had a Fenix SL for training.

One bit of kit that we don't see too much anymore is the aluminium Forza Cirrus tubular wheels. They are shod with Pananracer tyres.
