36% off RRP of Garmin's Edge 1000
WAS £499.99 | NOW £315.19

One of the main man over at road.cc, Mr Dave Atkinson, called the Garmiin Edge 1000 the "best dedicated GPS unit yet" when it went in for road.cc review.

And now, since the launch of the new Garmin Edge 1030, we've seen a nifty little price drop on the old Edge 1000s.

The best we've found was over at Ebay, where you can get your hands on the device for as little as £315.19.

For your money you'll get access to the fantastic Open Street Maps mapping system which gives you access to excellent on-device routing and turn-by-turn navigation.

While a few of you will be questioning the necessity of investing in a Garmin device now that almost all of your mobile devices do much of the same thigns, as we approach the rainier months of the year that question might waver.

The Edge 1000 is waterproof and non-touch screen; so it's already got a pretty hefty advantage over all phones - including the waterproof ones.

If you're too late to the Ebay party, we know that Wiggle is running a similar offer on its limited stock of Garmin Edge 1000s too.

Alternatively, check out the deal below over at Wiggle. You can get the full Garmin Edge 1000 Performance Bundle for a bargain £388.99.
