These bikes are one of a kind. For sure, you can buy most of them new, but these also come with a story of a pro rider that has piloted their bike through some of the world's biggest races.
We've found a few Team Sky bikes which seem to be the most common on eBay right now.
Many of the bikes here began life above £10,000 so there are some big savings to be had.
2018 was a rather fruitful year for Julian Alaphilippe. The Frenchman took La Fleche Wallone, San Sebastien, two stages of the Tour, the Polka Dot jersey along with loads of other races.
This SL6 was one of his bikes and as you'd expect of such a classy rider, it's decked out in the best kit available.
£8,250 gets you a full Dura Ace Di2 groupset, Roval CLX 32 Tubular wheels, along with carbon bars, seatpost and saddle.
Now one of the elder statesmen of the peloton, Eisel was a key part of Team Sky's Classics squad in 2013.
His Dogma 65.1 would have been saved for the smoother road races and it looks to be in very good condition.
We're not entirely sure whether this was ever issued to a rider but the Sky paintwork and team build suggest it was destined to be ridden very quickly.
It cost £18,000 originally, so the £9,699 asking price is pretty good!
If you want a bike that has likely been ridden just once then you'll be wanting a bike issued for the single cobbled stage of the Tour de France.
Looking at the 27mm Paris Roubaix FMB tyres, this bike may well have only seen a single day's racing.
While the paint job is definitely from Trek Segafredo, we think that this is just a Project 1 bike, not an exclusive team issue edition.
The clues are in the compact chainset, clincher wheels and aluminium-railed saddle. It's still a great bike and getting a £10,000 bike for £6,399 is fine by us!
Strictly speaking, this isn't a team-issue bike but it's a stunning example of a rare bike in 7-Eleven team colours.
The attention to detail that the owner has put into sourcing era-correct parts in brilliant and this is well worth a closer look!
