With the summer MTB season in full swing and CX season not too far away, this week's roundup features loads of great deals.

31% off this Ridley X-Night Rival 1 Disc CX Bike

We might still be loving the sunshine of the British summer, but as we know all too well, it won't last for long.

Road.cc First Look: Ridley X-Night Disc

True CX conditions are thankfully quite a way off, but the CX season starts in late September so if you've seen the fast-paced, technical racing, then now is the time to get yourself a bike.

This Ridley X-Night is one of the best. Ridley have been making great CX bikes for years and this one gets the perfect CX groupset in the form of Sram's Rival 1 Disc.

Road.cc Buyer's Guide: 12 of the best CX bikes

The groupset does away with the front mech for better mud clearance, lower weight and reduced chain chatter.

The clutch rear mech is essential for this setup and the Rival is excellent in poor conditions.

Hydraulic disc brakes really make sense in CX as they give better modulation and more control in cold and muddy weather.

Shimano XT 1x11 Groupset now 45% off

This full 1X groupset is down to only £449.99!

This Shimano XT M8000 groupset delivers slick shifting along with powerful braking with great modulation.

The Hollowtech II bottom bracket is probably the least flashy element here, but it's our favourite, delivering quiet and reliable performance through all conditions.

Shimano has used their Shadow technology with this rear mech, putting it more in line with the cassette and also out of harm's way.

Paired with the trigger shifter that allows you to dump 3 gears with 1 click and this is an ideal setup.

The 11-42T cassette gives a perfect range of gears for trail riding.

Over 40% off KMC Chains

Noisy or sloppy shifting? Your chain could be the problem.

KMC chains are brilliant. They're lighter than Shimano's offerings and we've found that they last a little longer too.

KMC X11-EL Chain

Being users of 11speed drivetrains, we've been using the X11-EL chain.

The EL weighs in at only 247g, only 4g heavier than a Dura Ace 9000 chain and over £10 cheaper.

There is also a lighter option in the X11-SL chain, but this is more expensive at £41.

The SL does get a unique stretch-proof treatment that is supposed to increase the lifespan of the chain.

We have found that this feature works best for harsh conditions such as in CX racing.

Huge 36% off Kask Protone Helmets

The Protone promises an aero advantage and great air flow.

Tested with Team Sky pros, this is a do-it-all helmet for anyone wanting a well-made, fast helmet.

The helmet features large frontal vents that channel air over the head and out of large exhaust vents.

Road.cc Review: Kask Protone Helmet

The back section of the helmet has a closed off section to aid smooth air flow. Internally, the padding is made from a Coolmax material and it doesn't hold as much sweat as previous Kask helmets.

Road.cc Buyer's Guide: Performance Helmets

The chin strap is made from a leathery material that is really easy to clean for better hygiene.

One of the reasons for the Protone's popularity is the vast range of colour options available. This combined with the excellent fit is a winning combination.

Save 35% on this Feedback Sports Sport Mechanic Workstand

This workstand is reliable and easy to use.

Feedback's Sport stand is the one used in the road.cc office. It's seen a fair amount of abuse over the years but it's still going strong.

The Sport is easy to assemble and getting the bike secured is straightforward thanks to a well-made clamping system.

There's not much flex in the system either, making working on the bike much easier.

The Sprint Repair Station Workstand is also discounted at only £198.99

This really comes into play when you come to jobs like wrapping bar tape where a little extra force is required.

The office stand has also seen plenty of water from washing bikes and there is no visible rust.

Revan Replacement Lenses - Refresh you Oakley Sunnies

Our lenses got scratched in a crash, so we've been looking for the best replacement deal.

If you've found a pair of Oakley sunglasses that you like, replacing the lenses can freshen up your glasses and make them last for years.

The problem is, if you like an older style, lenses can be hard to come by. We've just been searching for Jawbreaker lenses and the selection isn't great.

These aftermarket options from Revant are a brilliant option.

The lenses are made in the US, and they feature brilliant optics with a clear view of the road.

The lenses are also coated to stop sweat from damaging the lens. What we really love is the price. At £60 for the Elite lenses, our Jawbreakers will be going strong for a few more years. That's loads cheaper than Oakley's lenses, and there are loads more colour options too.

One of the most customisable designs that Oakley made.

Geraint Thomas still loves his. He must have a stash of them hidden away, as Oakley stopped making them a while ago!
